Has anyone ever taken the bus from Virak Buntham Express Tour & Travel company? My friend is coming to saigon from phnom penh (cambodia) but i dont know exactly where i can pick her up. I called the bus company, they also dont know the exact location Anyone knows?

Mostly in Pham Ngu Lao area but ask her to call you once she gets here. She could also ask the people around her to tell you her location or the place where the bus stopped.

Why don't you choose shuttle bus of Sinh Cafe, service is quite OK. And the final stop is in front of its office on De Tham Street.
