Hi, I am Shreyash from India. I am a student and currently in third year of my under-graduation. I will be moving to Vienna for a short period of 3 months for a research project at Vienna University of Technology during May to July, 2013. I need some help regarding the accommodation and general day-to-day living in Vienna . Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks SRKS, I have already applied for OeAD housing. But they are not 100% sure that a room will be available for my stay. Are you currently living in an OeAD hostel??

No, I have never been at any of these hostels. Actually I live outside Vienna currently. You could also look for shared accommodation with other students, but I believe that might be a bit more expensive.
