Double taxation avoidance treaty Ireland-Malta

Post new topic

condemore

Hi,

I work for an Irish company, and now I am moving to Malta, so I will continue working for them remotely.

In order to have my taxes paid, they told me that there is something called "double taxation avoidance treaty", but it is being difficult to find information or help about what I have to do in order to set it up.

In the tax office in Ireland they told me I can ask for a task exclusion if I am not going to live in Ireland, but then I don't know what I have to do once in Malta.

Any idea?

thanks in advance!
