I don't know of how much help I can be because I don't really remember a whole lot of french from highschool but I would be willing to just talk sometime, maybe that will improve your english 
Plenty of people I have met on this website get together on the weekends. Maybe you can join us one evening or we can just communicate online if you'd like. How long have you been in Copenhagen?
