One-to-one yoga sessions

Hi all,

I am a fully established yoga teacher looking to bring my skills to Lyon. I specialise in both Hatha yoga and the more dynamic, Ashtanga yoga.

Whilst I try to find my feet here, I am offering one-to-one yoga sessions for 15Euros. In conjunction with offering increased flexibility, better alignment and a better state of mind, I bring smiles and good times :-)

The first session is free so that we can get to grips with your preferences and ability level and make sure that you are comfortable with my teaching style.

The sessions can take place in your home for your convenience, or at my house in Caluire if you prefer.

I would be interested in knowing more about your Yoga lessons. I had a baby a year ago and would REALLY want to come back to yoga (Practiced a bit before my pregnancy)

Hello there!

I am hosting yoga classes on Monday evenings at La Cordee Charpennes. The sessions are an hour and a half (19h-20h30) and cost 12 euros...9 euros if you are a member of La Cordee.

Do pop along and try them out. The first sessions is free!
