House Mate Wanted

Howzit everone! I am living in a large villa on exit 13 - Rawda is the area...kind of opposite Suliman Habib Hospital. I am looking for a decent guy who is interested in sharing a villa since this place is huge! We can negotiate price, I am thinking SR 2000 per month - own bathroom / bedroom and you can even ave your own lounge since there are two - the bedroom has a single bed, wardrobes and TV cabinet. Use of kitchen and equipment - washer, dryer, cooker, etc. I am neat and organised and compliant with local laws, so won't be having any raucous / debauched parties - but like braaing with and cooking for friends and so on. I leave the partying for embassies and compounds. I don't like compound living as most of them are too far and I prefer the authenticity of living in a Riyadh neighbourhood where i can walk to the barber, the laundry and the superette or corner cafe hehe.
