Urgent - Closing of Roads: 15th October 2012

Hi all..

any info on what roads are being closed tomorrow, what times, where..when and how.. and WHAT OFFICIAL sources are used - this is regarding some conference that is being held in kuwait. I haven't found anything in English or any info on websites, but the general population (Arab speaking) all seem to be informed.

Closure of certain roads from Kuwait international airport to Bayan Palace between 10 am and 2 pm and from 4:30pm to 9 pm.

The roads include Riyadh street from Kuwait city to the airport from which traffic will be diverted to the fifth ring road towards jahra or Salmiya. Traffic on King fahad expressway from ahmadi to sabah al salem area will be diverted to the sixth ring road going towards jahra or messilah

Traffic on the the road coming from Kuwait city to jabriya will be diverted to the fifth ring road going towards jahra or salmiya.
