I wish to welcome you to Bulgaria, so I gathered few news sites, that have English version:
1. www.klassa.bg/eng - English version of Klassa Daily, partner for Financial Times in Bulgaria. My favourite as there is plenty of economical news. Very good translation. Best choice if you like to read your newspaper in the morning.
2. www.focus-fen.net - English version of Focus Information Agency. Perfect update for the news, but their English is not good. Good source to keep yourself informed.
3. www.novinite.com - they also provide very fast update of the news.
4. www.sofiaecho.com - not bad site, but it is not well organized. Uses to translate mostly news from other media.

Although really only the menus are translated well. Still, it can also be translated by google and does provide a lot of good information about my new "home town"
