Hello every one i am non-EU person and i am here married my girl friend now i needs help from you how i can register my marrige officialy and how i can apply for stay here please kindly help me out about this matter blessing for every one.

This is a Hungarian forum, not an Italy forum and the laws are different.

If you are married to her in a recognised state institution either in HU or IT, then you are legally married in all of the EU of course.

If you were married some other place, like Pakistan or India, then you'll probably better off asking the Indian or Pakistan embassies about your documentation and checking the Hungarian MoFA.

If search this forum and you'll see the paperwork requirements have been discussed several times and in great detail, even recently. You are not the first and it seems it can be done.
