I'm trying to find out where is the most reliable place to test for schistosomiasis? somewhere where they know what they're looking for and the best way of treating it.

Try "THEODOR BELHARS RESEARCH CENTER " in Waraq El-arab, Cournich El-nile, Imbaba, Giza.

Available at Al Borg chain of laboratories, you can even call and have someone to come to where you work/live and get the sample collected.

You can also pay an extra nominal fee and collect your results online.

Their call center's number is 19911 and they have branches all over Egypt.

Costs 89 EGP for Egyptians and Resident Foreigners (must present your valid residence visa) or 121 EGP for non-resident foreigners. Result is same day if sample is collected before 12 noon, or next day (Friday not included) if after.
