Hi Christine,
Sint-Vincentius hospital - gza.be/website/svzwcm20.nsf in Antwerp is considered by the Antwerpians as the "baby Hospital".
I don't know where you live, but Klina Hospital in Brasschaat is very good as well. (I've experienced that hospital personally).
