I went to india on some family emergency and consumed all my vacation as well . So right now my company is asking me to come back or else they have said that they have no other choice but to fire me because of contract issue . so if i look for an new job can i still be in india and get a sponsorship transfer done ?? And come back later after everything is sorted for me back home .
Or can my company give me final exit cancelling the exit re-entry which i currently have ( as gng back to KSA currently not possible due some unforeseen conditions ) .
so need to know what is feasabile in the above things
Note: i have valid exit /re-entry (right now )and my iqama is aloso valid for 6 more months as well .
