Retirement and SSA forms

    This is for anyone receiving US retirement benefit over here.   As you know, the SSA write occasionally with a 'proof of life' form called the 7162.  However, their correspondence doesn't arrive as it is not sent special delivery.
It is easy enough to download the form and the FBU office of the Embassy in Manila will tell you when it's time to submit - except that FedEx and DHL won't accept a package addressed to a P.O.Box somewhere in Pennsylvania.
Has anyone else had this problem and, more importantly, found a work around?

Maybe express mail through Vietnam Post? Just a SWAG...

The Manila office just provided a physical address which DHL or FedEx will accept.  Let me know if you require.
