iam almost waiting for 1 year and 10 months for renewing my employment pass in esd. So my wife decided to apply my new visa under her dependant visa. Then we apply under medec immigration department. After we applied, medec asking to clear my overstay and get special pass to immigration putrajaya. My question is, its possible to get sp to proceed my dependant application after we settled overstay fees or i'll be blacklisted.. please let me know your opinion and advise thanks
