Advise regarding buying a property

good morning. I am Dolly, I am a UK resident, and I am now retired. I would like to spend my time Cuba, and would therefore like to buy a property in Cuba. Me and my husband love it there. My husband is half Cuban but cannot seem to track down any documentation, from his deceased mother. So we realise we need to buy from a foreigner to be able to get a house.

We would be very very grateful for any advise that you can give us, regarding buying a property, or even if you have a property on your site or know of a suitable one for sale by a foreigner ?

@dkitchlew. I want to buy property also. But I understand you can't unless you marry a Cuban or put the house in a Cubans name.

And yes you can buy from another foreigner but they're hard to find. It's ok. Otherwise other countries would buy up Cuba and the Cuban people would be worse off. There's alot of houses for sale but the owners are bailing out and moving to other countries because the inflation is out of control.

I also love Cuba and its people.
