I missed my D7 Stage 1 appointment due unavoidable circumstances. I somehow cant seem to get a new appointment despite trying at least 3 times a day at the SEF website, I have also phoned. I emailed various departments within SEf who wrote back basically the same thing create an online account or phone. No one said the phones would not be answered or what you should do if you overun your time in Portugal without an appointment. Am i doing something wrong ?, is there a better way? Any sensible answers will be gratefully recieved. Thank You

@Ken Z92 It shouldn't be a big problem. I missed my appointment 2 weeks ago due to the strike. All you have to do is call them and explain the situation. They will take your phone number and email and schedule you for another appointment. I was able to get another appointment the same week. The only issue is calling. You have to keep calling even though their number will keep saying " user/number busy". I think that's the hardest part. Fyi, don't call them with lycamobile. Somehow SEF is blocked on the network. Goodluck!

Thank You Joe. Gives me hope!
