Thank you for answering me.

My house is in Vasilevo.

I have just given a deposit to the real estate agency to reserve it but I still have to go to the notary to pay it to have the notarial deed.

It's in a month I guess.

It's your job.

I have to install a gas stove and for me the electricity may not be up to standard, I don't know.

But I prefer that a specialist come to see if everything is ok.

looks like Vasilevo is the one that's in Dobrich Province, General Toshevo Municipality, isn't it?

That's not bad 'cause Kaloyanitsa Shop with stuff needed is not far away. There's the only concern of mine is the distance from my base, which is southward from Varna.

Let me think of all logistics before I commit myself to it, ok? Even the site survey for plans and estimations isn't a walk in the park. Ping me when you're in possession of the estate, and we'll work it out.
