CLAVE PIN online

I'm trying to go online to get the Clave pin, but can't register as I've only got the white paper NIE document without a support number, which you need to proceed.

I want to access the Clave appointment system. Wondering if I go and make a face to face appointment I will be able to proceed ( to enable me to pay taxes etc.. when in the UK ).

Any one had a similar problem?

Not yet, we are trying the NIF number on the receipt from the consulate, but each time we contact them they don't respond or answer the phone.
