She uses Banrisul and my bank doesn't show on her dropdown list of banks is there another way? For example in Portugal I just enter the bic and IBAN numbers into the transfer payments for the person I want to send money? Thanks for any ideas.
My girlfriend needs to transfer money to my account in Portugal.

I use remitly and have no problem identifying that bank. I would send a picture but this app won't let me.
