Is it hard to find a flat or a house for rent in Novosibirsk?
- not really hard to find a flat, but you might have more problems finding a house - most houses are situated in the outskirts, far from the city centre

How to find a home in Novosibirsk: classifieds, real estate portals, real estate agencies?
- anything listed here, but being able to speak/read some Russian helps!

How much is the rental for a house, an apartment?
- Prices for smaller apartments (studios) start at 12,000 roubles, larger flats are still quite rare and much more expensive.
