Shadow Teacher / Learning Support Assistant – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced and qualified female Shadow Teacher / Learning Support Assistant for a full-time, school-based role in Riyadh.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 2:35 PM

Location: Riyadh

Start: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

* Provide appropriate in-class learning and behavioural support.

* Support attention, focus, classroom engagement, and following instructions and routines.

* Encourage positive behaviour, self-regulation, and appropriate social interaction.

* Promote independence and gradually reduce reliance on 1:1 support where appropriate.

* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and the school's Learning Support Team.

* Maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

* Previous experience as a Shadow Teacher, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Teacher, or Special Educator.

* Practical experience supporting children with attention, hyperactivity, behavioural regulation, and communication needs.

* SEN, Special Education, ABA, behavioural support, or related qualifications/training are highly preferred.

* Experience within an inclusive mainstream school environment is preferred.

* Strong English communication skills.

* Patient, calm, structured, and able to establish clear and consistent boundaries.

* Strong ability to build confidence while encouraging independence rather than dependency.
