�� NOW HIRING: SHADOW TEACHER / LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Male/Female Shadow Teacher / Learning Support Assistant for a full-time, school-based position in Riyadh – Qurtouba District.

�� Location: Riyadh, Qurtouba District

�� Working Hours: 7:10 AM – 3:10 PM

�� Working Days: Sunday–Thursday

�� Salary: SAR 3,000–4,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience

�� Start: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

Provide appropriate in-class academic and behavioural support.

Support attention, focus, classroom engagement, following instructions, and daily routines.

Encourage positive behaviour, self-regulation, and appropriate social interaction.

Promote independence and gradually reduce reliance on 1:1 support where appropriate.

Actively participate in the student's learning process rather than simply providing supervision.

Work collaboratively with the class teacher and the school's Learning Support Team.

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the student's progress.

Help create a positive, structured, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a Shadow Teacher, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Teacher, Special Educator, or Teaching Assistant.

Practical experience supporting children with attention, hyperactivity, behavioural regulation, and communication needs.

SEN, Special Education, ABA, behavioural support, or related qualifications/training are highly preferred.

Experience working within an inclusive mainstream school environment is preferred.

Excellent English language skills — spoken and written — are essential. The successful candidate must be able to communicate confidently in English and actively support an English-medium learning environment.

Patient, calm, structured, and able to establish clear and consistent boundaries.

Strong ability to build the student's confidence while encouraging independence rather than dependency.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

A genuine commitment to the child's academic, behavioural, social, and personal development.
