Goal of the position: You will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, servicing our Wholesale customers worldwide. You will follow up the whole order to cash process and French-speaking accounts.

Main Activities:
· Order entry & follow up
· Order book management/orders to cash conversion
· Responding to French wholesale customers’ queries by telephone or email
· Responding to sales agents queries by telephone or email
· Handling wholesale customers’ complaints and returns
· Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Finance (AR)

Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Fashion Industry

Skills
· Native German speaker. Basic skills in English and Spanish
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Experience with SAP is a plus
