MISSION STATEMENT: Alpha Direct Agency seeks first to CREATE a great work

business by transferring our shared DEVOTION to our CUSTOMERS as we CUSTOMIZE insurance

products. We must amaze and delight as we PROTECT what matters most.

This position does not require a license.

Duties:

1. Process and send ID cards to clients

2. Create a new business profile for new and renewed policies

3. Process all Personal Lines & Life Payments across platforms

4. Refer policies to sales Agents for direct carrier relationships

5. Resolve personal lines service or billing calls, mail/email (sp)

6. Move Declarations from CE Email into HS profiles

7. Report and manage Personal Lines Policyholder claims

8. Late Pay Text using HS, Podium, or other platform

9. Payment Processing on all platforms/conversion to ACH billing

10. Attach all signed documents to the Policy Profile - From DocuSign to HS

11. Status Policies - Rewrite, Renewals, New business, etc in HS

12. Follow up with PL photo inspections

13. New Business follow-up with verification of contact details: phone, emails, etc

This position will be in person and need to be trained.
