We're a new international dental company connecting Australians with world-class treatment in Vietnam. We've reached the point where one person can't handle all the client calls so it's time to bring in extra help.

We'll train you. All you need is a clear accent, confidence on the phone, and the ability to guide people through big decisions.

We're looking for expats in Hanoi (ideally from Australia or NZ) who are:

- Great communicators with a clear accent and confident phone manner

- Quick learners who can absorb detailed info and explain it simply

- Friendly, empathetic, and able to guide people through important decisions

- Not afraid to jump on calls and answer questions (no hard selling required)

�� The role:

- Handling inbound leads (no cold calling)

- Answering questions about procedures, building trust, guiding patients through the process

- Using our CRM to keep track of conversations and follow-ups
