 The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, versatile, and reflective Drama educator who can inspire a love of theatre and performance across all levels. They will demonstrate strong creative skills, classroom expertise, and the ability to balance traditional and contemporary approaches to Drama education. A collaborative mindset, willingness to contribute to school productions and performances, and a passion for nurturing individual and ensemble talent will be essential. Experience within international or British curriculum schools is highly valued, along with a desire to contribute fully to the cultural and artistic life of the school.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

 *Bachelor's Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a closely related field

*Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)

*Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience

*Experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Drama (or equivalent international curricula) preferred

*A record of directing and producing high-quality student performances
