AS English & Literature Teacher | Shenzhen (Pingshan) MS/HS | Feb/ Aug 2026 Start
Location: Pingshan District, Shenzhen (Middle/High School)
Contract & Pay: 2-Year Term | 13 Months' Full Salary (annual pay cycle)

* Position: AS English & Literature Teacher (1 Opening)
* Target Candidates: UK native speakers preferred; other native English speakers with A-Level teaching experience will also be considered
Competitive Compensation & Benefits
Pre-tax monthly salary: 20,000–30,000 RMB
Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB/month
Monthly food bonus: 1,400 RMB
Insurance: Social insurance commercial insurance
Annual airfare reimbursement: Up to 12,000 RMB (based on actual invoices)
Paid holidays: 2-week Christmas break 1-month winter holiday 1.5-month summer holiday all Chinese national holidays
Work Details
* Teaching load: ~20 classes/week
* Additional duties: 1 weekly non-teaching night duty (19:00–21:20, for lesson preparation) ECA participation
* Class size: 8–25 students
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in a related subject (English/Literature/Education)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
* Eligible for China work visa
* Preference: UK native speakers; or native English speakers with A-Level teaching experience
