The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry educator with the ability to make complex ideas accessible and engaging. They will demonstrate strong subject mastery, excellent laboratory management, and the creativity to deliver lessons that balance theory with experimentation. A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for co-curricular engagement, and the ability to adapt to an international context are essential. Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Education, or a closely related field

*Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)

*Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience

*Experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Chemistry (or equivalent international curricula) preferred

*Strong understanding of laboratory safety and inquiry-based learning
