The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics educator who can bring energy, clarity, and enthusiasm to the classroom. They will demonstrate strong subject mastery, the ability to explain complex concepts with precision and creativity, and a commitment to engaging all learners through innovative and interactive teaching methods. Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field

*Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)

*Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience

*Experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Mathematics (or equivalent international curricula) preferred

*Strong understanding of assessment, differentiation, and student-centred learning approaches
