The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, dynamic, and reflective Primary educator with the ability to engage and inspire young learners through creative, differentiated, and student-centred teaching. They will demonstrate excellent classroom management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to developing curiosity, independence, and confidence in all pupils. Experience within international or British curriculum schools is highly valued, as is a collaborative approach, enthusiasm for co-curricular activities, and a dedication to fostering the holistic development of children.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field

*Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)

*Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience

*Experience delivering the British Curriculum or similar international frameworks preferred

*Strong understanding of assessment, differentiation, and child development
