The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner who values play, exploration, and inquiry as essential elements of early learning. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and the ability to create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. A reflective approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering curiosity, resilience, and independence are key. Experience within international or British curriculum settings is highly regarded, as is a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to co-curricular and community life.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

*Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a closely related field

*Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)

*Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience

*Experience delivering the EYFS or similar play-based curriculum preferred

*Strong understanding of early learning pedagogy, assessment, and child development
