I'm seeking a position in the tourism and hospitality sector, and I'm currently developing a project focused on improving the guest experience. I'm a tourism professional with more than 7 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Reception, and Administrative roles. I can handle both Front and Back Office tasks, have managed teams of over seven people, and I'm always open to learning new roles and growing professionally.
