For our client, an international BPO player with a branch in Tangier, we are looking for a Telecom Dispatcher. At our client, you will help build the operations of one of Belgium's leading telecom operators. From the modern branch in Tangier, you support the technicians who are on the road throughout Belgium every day and ensure that every assignment is executed by the right technician at the right time. You are the director behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?

You are responsible for the daily planning and monitoring of the technicians. You keep a constant eye on the operation and make adjustments when the situation requires it. This means, among other things, that you:

Draw up and optimize the schedule for the technical installers;

Distribute assignments based on location, availability, and expertise;

Monitors the progress of all activities in real time;

Reacts quickly to delays, urgent orders, or absences;

Maintains daily contact with technicians, field coaches, and operations;

Processes administrative changes correctly;

Continuously seeks ways to plan smarter and more efficiently.
