About the candidate

I am seeking a position as an [IT Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager / IT Operations Manager / Infrastructure & Support Manager / IT Support & Services Lead] in Mauritius, where I can leverage over 10 years of experience in IT support, service management, and the optimization of service quality.

With a French academic background and an ITIL v4 certification, I also bring the unique perspective of my former career as a registered nurse, which taught me to place people at the heart of every process and to engage all stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable results. I view IT services as true value creators, combining high end-user satisfaction requirements with a strategic vision.

I continuously develop my skills through a personal lab (Dell ProLiant rack server with ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, Active Directory, Veeam, etc.), which allows me to combine technical expertise, a strong service mindset, and the ability to drive digital transformation.
