Grill Cook & Burger Specialist - Port Louis

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Grill Cook who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a serious passion for burgers. You will be the heart of our kitchen, responsible for grilling our signature burgers to perfection, managing your station, and ensuring every plate that goes out meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly cook meat, and other proteins to the correct temperature and customer specification.

Set up, maintain, and break down a clean, stocked, and organized grill station ("mise en place").

Assemble burgers accurately, efficiently, and with an eye for presentation.

Operate electric and gas stoves, deep fryers, griddles (plancha),

Ensure all food leaving the station is consistent, high-quality, and follows our recipes.

Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Communicate effectively with customers, fellow kitchen staff and front of house servers to ensure a smooth and timely service.

Assist with prepping ingredients, including making sauces, slicing toppings, and portioning patties.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Perform regular cleaning of equipment, counters, and floors and assist with general kitchen cleanup duties.
