Guesthouse Manager

Main Responsibilities

Oversee all hotel and leisure-related activities within the establishment.

Supervise daily operations, including reception, service, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Manage staff, including recruitment and training of new employees.

Lead, motivate, and coordinate the team.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Organize work based on priorities and objectives.

Manage and direct the operations of the establishment.

Optimize the profitability of the business and develop commercial strategies.

Build partnerships and maintain relationships with local tourism stakeholders.

Manage tourism-related partnerships.

Organize and oversee events and activities for guests.

Ensure guest safety by following proper accommodation procedures.

Use hotel management software efficiently.

Develop, monitor, and manage budgets.

Define and implement pricing strategies.

Analyze market competition in the tourism sector.

Implement digital marketing strategies for tourism.

Monitor performance indicators, analyze data, and take corrective actions.

Assess guest satisfaction and adjust services accordingly.

Optimize energy resource usage.

Compensation and Benefits

Gross salary: Rs 75,000 to Rs 100,000 per month × 13 months

Profit-sharing based on net earnings

On-site accommodation provided

21 days of annual leave after a six-month probation period

Working hours: 45 hours per week, including weekends

Contract duration: 3 years, renewable by mutual agreement

50% reimbursement of airfare annually after the probation period

Profile Requirements

Preferably a woman aged 35 to 50, with some basic cooking knowledge

At least 10 years of experience in hospitality, accommodation, or the tourism industry is an advantage

Education level: High school diploma level

Languages: Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
