Seeking a position in the finance/accounting field

Currently working in France, my family and I are moving to Mauritius for the start of the next school year (end of August). Current position: Group Treasurer Missions: Monitoring of financing (structured loans, CBI, CBM) and hedging instruments partners. Budgeting of interest payments for different financing sources. Cash flow management (loan maturities/CBI/CBM/SWAP, subsidiary needs) Quarterly reporting of the group's debt (change in debt over the period, CRD, (debt distribution: < 1 year, 2 to 5 years, > 5 years). Daily contact with account managers at the group's banks for the placement of Cash surplus; Management of EBICS contracts and 3SKeys Participation in the implementation of financing/option exercise, preparation of draws in link with banks and notaries. Previous position: Group accounting manager Missions: Managing a portfolio of around fifteen companies within a group whose heads of groups. Supervision of accountants. File management: data entry, VAT/corporate tax/CVAE/CRL returns, semi-annual financial statements, preparation bundles and appendices, review of the group's bundles and accounts. Drafting notes on the accounting and tax impact of ongoing transactions exercise. Responsible for accounting software (Sage 100c/ACS) and tax software (Cegid Tax Ultimate) and single point of contact with the IT department. Responsible for migration during the change of tax software: Single point of contact with the service provider; Reporting of problems encountered by accounting staff; Monitoring the resolution of problems encountered; Creation of brochure and appendix templates; Responsible for implementing the digitization of supplier invoices. Establishment of progress tracking spreadsheets for real estate projects. Harmonization account closing files and VAT audits through the implementation of matrices. Calculation of the CVAE of the economic group for transmission to employees. Motivated and experienced, I am looking for a position on the island.
