Kayaking and other water activities are available directly from the property.

On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bar area. The living and dining room is spacious, with ceiling fans and air conditioning. You also have a guest toilet and covered parking for 2 cars.

Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is air conditioned, ensuite, and opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom also opens onto the balcony and has a sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds and uses the common bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Most of what you would normally organise yourself is already covered in the rent: Housekeeping twice a week, Internet, Water, Syndic fees, Pest control several times a year, Air conditioning maintenance, 24/7 security in the complex. Only electricity is charged on top.

The rent is Rs 100,000 per month. You pay a deposit of two months and one month of rent in advance.
