paraguay citizenship

I wish. To obtain citizenship in Paraguay, my father was born there and still alive unfortunately he is not of any help in this matter for various reasons. I'm looking for advice

You should look at these links.  The first link, below:  You, being born of a Paraguayan parent, according to #3 of Article 146, can obtain nationality if you move to Paraguay permanently:
