Does anyone (lawyers specifically) understand the addendum 'DNM Resolution N° 407/2026 (May 28 / announced June 2026, effective for applications filed on or after 6 July 2026)'

This requires proof of on-going pension, apostilled, notified with an authorised translation.

No problem!

However, also required is a govermment verification of the payees bank details.

Point blank refusal under GDPR. (data protection laws). This seems to be unsurmountable.

Anyone out there understand how to overcome this?
