Thank you for the answer and I guess that you might be right about this. It might be a long post if you are to post everything in one single message.

How about you and Arafat take it one step at a time, such as dealing with one aspect of the process first and then moving on to the next logical step in the process.

I am insisting on this as this is the type of information that is really important for a lot of expats and it is not easy to get these informations at times.

And moreover, other members on the forum who have some information may contribute to the thread as well.
