oke, we want to live in PY and heard about the cooperativa.
We want to putt money on a account of them to get a good interest.
But nobody knows anything about this matter.
So how far are they reliable? What will happen whit ore money after for ex. 4 years.

Cooperatives are not supervised by the Central Bank, but for the INCOOP which is the Institute Nacional de Cooperativismo.  Savers holding savings accounts in Paraguayan Coops ARE NOT protected by the Central Bank Fondo de Proteccion de Depositos which pays up to 10,000 USD to savers from broken bank institutions *per account.

In case you decide to put money into a Cooperative, I would strongly recommend you to do so ONLY in the bigger ones and most reputable institutions eg: Coomecipar, Universitaria, etc

There are plenty of opportunities with the Bolsa de Valores and Renta Fija documents, or even the Government debt.  Look for safer and less risky assests whenever possible.

I would do some looking around, a coop next to us charges really high interest on loans and haven't gotten a response from them if the pay interest for money deposited. I heard that there was a really good one down in Villarica

It is always better to borrow money from Cooperativas and saving in a bank, which is regulated by central bank, in that way your savings are protected.

Dear Barrister_py, you are talking about other possibilities to get a good interrest for your money. Would you please be so kind and explane some of it?!
And has it ever happend, that people lost hole there money in a Cooperativa?

there are "renta fija" opportunities at the Bolsa de Valores from reputable companies looking for creditors to buy fixed rent assets eg. for 6, 12 months, etc with fixed interest rates.  Options in USD or local money.  You can have full access to rating, balance sheets, etc to support your decisions.

another option is investing in real state.  There is an opportunity with Fortaleza Inmuebles http://www.fortalezainmuebles.com/list_proyectos.php  where you pay the equivalent to 186 USD / month for 20 years and you get a 3 bed appartment in one of their projects.  There are 4 draws for adjudication of the property per year.  If you get the appartment, your monthly instalment raises 477 USD / month but you get ownership to let or live there.  You can also buy / sell from other already in the system eg: buy a 9 months contract etc
