Cédula renewal in Medellin?

Have you tried the immigration office in Belen, not tomorrow as this is a bridge weekend but go on Tuesday.

You have to make an appointment now online to go into the migraciones office.

But Registing your visa and Cedula Renewal, along with Salvoconductos, are high priority items.

Thanks for the replies. I will try on Tuesday for an appointment but since I'm flying out Wednesday I suspect the I am out of luck until my next visit. I doubt that the expiration will cause a problem. I've had a Bancolombia account for a few years and I don't think that they will close out my account because my Cédula has expired. Does anybody have any opinions to the contrary?

@Fearles1 no they wont close out your account for that.

Your Visa could expire, your cédula and visa could expire for ten years, as long as you keep putting money in the account they wont care.

The only way the shut your account is if it is inactive for at

least a year.

And you can always open an account later.

A cedula is only useful for opening an account. And it depends on the branch. Some will open with just a passport.
