Have you used this service, are you recommending it or just mentioning it?  Can you tell us the cost and size and weight of any packages you have sent/received, from where to where, and how long it took?  Were there any problems, or did all go smoothly?

When I look at their map of the locations of their offices in various cities in Colombia where you could pick up a package, all of them show only the same Bogotá address.  This could be just a programming/website error.

Doing a search for 'casillero virtual 472' I did find these comments on Twitter, which are not at all confidence-inspiring in their ability to deliver:

Yes 4-72 have a very bad reputation.  I personally can't complain much. Out of like 20 packages, all arrived in Colombia.
