Chile permanent residence permit

Hi forum.

Hope you are doing well in Chile. I am from Asia. I am thinking of immigrate to Chile. I know it's not simple. First, Chile grants temporary residence visa which last for 1 year, then the applicant will apply for permanent residence visa, and the Chile immigration will consider to or not to grant the permanent one. so I wonder what is the requirements to be granted the permanent residence visa? thank you

I am also from Asia did you get any information about TRP / PR in chile, first to get the entry VISA which type of visa is required to enter Chile, If you got it, please contact me on me. I will be very thankful to you.
