There are no set timetables.   

The process of getting a Tax ID is fairly simple.  It takes a day. 

The process of getting a VISA, well, that is another ball game.   It can be a long one. 

There are no investor "golden visa" types of programs here.   

Get a 6 month tourist visa, study the process, scout the areas and then you will know what it takes.
