How recently did you get your license? Did you have to cancel your process in Armenia or did you just ignore it all together and started from scratch in Aricanduva branch?

I may try doing it in Aricanduva.

I just got it in early February. No, I didn't have to cancel the process in Armenia - just did nothing (since what they were asking me to bring back to them wasn't at all possible). Then just signed up for the initialization in Aricanduva via the Dtran web site a day or two later.

I will try that if I hit dead-end. I am scheduled to go to the Canadian consulate on July 1st (Canada day lol!!) --wrote an affidavit style letter for them to sign or stamp. I will see if this works. If not I'll move on to attempting to get it at Aricanduva.
