That depends.  It is possible but not likely.  Do you have a work skill that is in high demand in Argentina, such that not only would they award you a visa and work permit plus pay your meals and lodging?  For instance if you are a neurosurgeon and the son of a highly-placed Argentine government official needs a series of life-saving operations over a period of time, you will have a better chance than if you are a truck driver.

Do you want a legal job, that complies with the laws and all the bureacratic paperwork?

There are illegal jobs in Argentina, as there are in any country, that will not just allow you to work, they will make you work, and give you room and board, too.  But you will be a slave working in illicit activities.
