The most important thing is experience. I want to travel and learn a lot of things from the new country where i'll go.
I would advise new people not to goto flatmates for accommodation instead book a house or flat in the city....that will be cheaper as well as you wil get more space
I'm currently living in Guadalajara, Jal. Mexico and i'm planning to go New Zealand January 2016 to work for one year and save enough money to travel but i don't know how to start.. I already read the New Zealand website to apply but i would like to hear from other people their experience, where can i find a job, whaty about to get this visa, requirements for mexicans etc ..
I will be reallly greatful with your contributions .
Regards.
Would be cool to hear from yous !

I am looking to relocate to NZ. My son and his wife are there and baby. I was there when baby was born and stayed for 2 months. I loved it. The country is beautiful and everywhere I went the people were friendly and helpful.
I am a PA/administration person with plus 30 years job experience, and it's difficult getting a job offer when my skills are not on the scarce skills list.
If anyone can help in any way I would be very grateful.

I am ex CPOCK in the Royal navy and lost my first wife before I visited New Zealand and met my present wife in Blenheim where we bought a home.
I was born in South Africa, spent some of my childhood in Gibraltar, and 25 years travelling the world.
I am lucky enough to have an endless summer and a young wife but realise I will finally settle in Blenheim.
I look forward to hearing from anyone when I return in September and have a chat.

We are about to make the journey from the US to New Zealand in August 2015!
My family and I are currently still in South Africa, exploring our options, doing research and hoping to relocate to New Zeeland in the near future. My husband had a job offer earlier this year, but is was too suddenly. We did not have passports ready yet, we did not know how to get accomodation for him or how he would transfer money to us while we are stil here. How to open a bank account, how to obtai a driver's license and so much more... And unfortunately we lost that opportunity. We decided to join this forum and hopefully get as much info as possible. Where to start what to do....
I speak creol and french
Several months ago we contact to the official website to initiate our project, and it's sent us a barrister contact to prepare all the process, but until today we have not move so much because the info we got was quite complex such as we need to apply a EOI letter which a fee of 650NZ dollars, then our our application goes into a pool for a period of six months, without guaranty to be selected, we need also to certificates all our studies ( what I understand) plus certificate all jobs we had, etc, and also we need to pay at least 3000NZdollars plus others fees to the barrister to work in our application.
I find quite complex the process to obtain the working Visa or the permanent resistance, and I have been in contact with some recruiters firms, and all said we need working visa to be consider in the selections process.
I would like to know if this is the correct way to obtain the Visa or if there are other alternatives?
I hope some one can help us to find some clear ideas to how move forward.
Thank you, Jesus

Put simply, the process you have mentioned is the only process. to be able to get the necessary visas or permits.
My name is Artem, I'm web developer from Kiev.
Me and my wife are going to move to New Zealand in a year.
Te recomiendo que vallas a la embajada de Nueva Zelanda y preguntes alli por el proceso, yo creo que lo puedes hacer sin un barrister, y que el resultado sera el mismo.

Victorio
