Offshore skill assessment

Hllo friends
i have some inquiry regarding skill assessment ( offshore) with below details:-
diploma in mechanical
2) b.tech in industrial engg ( distance learning mode)
3) 14 years of manufacturing experience in 3 companies

so my query is what i produce to get skill assessment.
i go with my 14 years of experience and whole education details.?
i go with current company experience (10 years) and whole education details.?
i go with 3-4 years of experience details , as skill assessment required and whole my education details.?
is skill assessment just assess my detail or they give us points for immigration too.??

I would put down all your educational and work experience.

Best to use a migration agent. I used
Go Matilda. They were good and I got PR in 9 months, but I have a skill that Australia needed at the time.

i just want to know that how difficult is technical interview of skill assessment . i have 3 years of experience of electrician and wanted to applg for skill assesssment . so , can anyone tell me what to expect from technical and practical interview.
